This course is designed to teach participants the fundamentals of project management as contained in the PMI’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). Participants will undergo intensive project management training which ensures they excel when they write the PMP certification examination.

You will also learn what it takes to successfully manage any project by knowing how to use important project management tools and speak the language of a professional project manager.
